Zagat: A Perfect Day of Eating: 24 Hours in Washington, DC

This was the toughest category since we’ve got some incredible things happening in the DC dining scene, but we couldn’t resist the exciting stuff coming out of this Korean-Chinese fast-casual kitchen on Barracks Row manned by two of DC’s best chefs. If you just pop in off the street, order the Wagshal’s chopped brisket, the pork-kimchi potstickers, and the double-fried chicken wings. But the best way to experience ChiKo is to reserve one of the four seats at the counter and eat your way through most of the menu for $50 per person.
